Wall Art at Kumara Raja Muthaiah Primary School, R.A.Puram.
This would have been yet another SAPS typical post… abused space… wall art… transformed the place… etc, but for an interesting thing that happened today.
When we carried out the wall art at R.A.Puram 1st Main road today, two senior citizens visited and expressed their appreciation. The first person said, ” I am (so and so)… one of the earliest persons to construct a house in this street, you know…”
The second person looked at him and said, ” Oh… is it! I have been living in this street for the past 50 years”. Then the interesting part came.
They shook their trembling hands and said to each other “Nice meeting you!”
Happy that Karam Korpom project could bring people living in the same street for 50 years together and shake hands!
Otherwise, it was yet another meaningful day… abused space… good participation… good enthusiasm… transformed the place… and we are all happy!
