As a part of “save water” campaign, the second drawing competition for the children was held on 16th Nov, at the Corporation Chennai High School, at R.A.Puram.
All the 50 children who participated belong to the underprivileged section of the society. We could see a distinct difference in their expressions. The students took part enthusiastically and a few brilliant ideas did emerge. The participants included three special children as well.
In the morning school assembly, Reshma, a 12th standard student from Vidya Mandir came over and addressed the children of R.A.Puram Corporation school, on the importance of saving water.
