Balakrishnan Street at Thiruvanmiyur transformed

After a long gap due to pandemic, Karam Korpom is back in action again. Balakrishnan Street at Thiruvanmiyur used to be a grossly abused road for a long time. With relentless effort of a couple of residents, particularly Mr.Abilash and Ms.Jayanthi, the street got rid of unauthorised parking, got transformed with beautiful plants.Karam Korpom added colour to the cleaned up road with wall art, making the transformation complete and sustainable.

KKF volunteers along with a few residents of the area painted this long stretch of wall on 12th Feb 2022. Completing such a long stretch with only few volunteers was indeed a challenge. However as demonstrated many times, KKF did it again. Thanks to all who lent their hands.The road stretch looks beautiful now and we the volunteers of KKF, it was yet another satisfying day.
